Worth Your $50?

Stumbling upon this page means you're probably either thinking about a Zygor Alliance Leveling Guide or want to know if you should even be considering it as an option. No worries, below I've put together and easy to read review of various Zygor Guide features. Enjoy! blogger itn

The Vitals: This guide is fairly new in comparison to other WoW leveling products. It is offered as both a Zygor Horde Guide and a Zygor Alliance Guide. The most prominent features is that the guide is completely in-game meaning no more alt-tabbing to read webpages or PDF text documents.

So What Does That Mean? The guide is completely automated once you choose a place to jump in for your level. You can start the guide at level one or merge into it from a higher level meaning it's meant to be used on as many characters as you please (and if you're paying for it, who would expect any different?!?!). Once you start, you simply read the instructions presented in short, concise summary form and follow the markers that appear in 3 different ways:

1) As an arrow under your character pointing you from quest to quest.
2) As markers and arrows on your mini-map.
3) As markers on your world map.

The guide tells you where to go, which quests to get, which to avoid and how to complete them all in the most efficient routes possible. My only complaint was that at one or two times I lost my place and was confused because I had been gliding along and missed a step. Luckily, the small in-game text instructions expand into a window that gives you more detailed paragraph guidance and I found myself soaring along again in no time.So is it worth the money? Well here's an equation you can use: a Zygor Alliance Guide will cost about $50, the lowest going professional wow guide price right now. Is 5 or more days (that's about 120 hours) that you don't have to waste leveling on every character worth $50? For me the answer was yes as I was able to reach end-game quicker (and we all know that's the fun part of the game) and leave leveling up to the guide rather than bogging through it on my own.

In my opinion, the guide was a fantastic investment for me and truly helped me get more enjoyment out of the game as I moved effortlessly from quest to quest. 120 hours of saved time for your family, friends, or even just end-game activities sounds pretty good, huh? Everything you need including testimonials, full lists of features and benefits and even FIVE free bonuses with your purchase can be found at http://ZygorsLevelingGuides.info

Is it Worth the Money?

First off, if you found your way here you're probably looking for information on either Zygor's Leveling Guides in particular, or just a general way to speed up your leveling. Either way I've worked to break down this WoW leveling product and let you know just what it's worth.

As one of the newer WoW leveling guides on the market, the Zygor Alliance Guide (yes, a horde version is offered as well) must have something innovative and important to drag customers away from their old leveling products. In reality, the Zygor Alliance Guide's greatest strength is being new. They have had time to observe the strengths and weaknesses of other guides and improve upon them in every way they could.

Completely In-Game. Zygor's Alliance Guide functions like an an interface addon for WoW. Easy to follow instructions are included and once in game a screen will greet you with a series of leveling steps. You pickup either from level one or find a place to hop in near your level and the guide does the rest. You follow in-game arrows from place to place. Nothing is left out, the guide's text window and arrows show you where to go, what to get, what to avoid, and the most efficient routes for doing it all.

A Professional Leveling Coach. Well, that's what it feels like at least. If you ever get stuck (which is rarely the case) you can simply expand the in-game window and the instructions turn from bulletted instructions to detailed paragraph form. These will help you through any rough spots where you might need a strategy more specific to your class for a certain quest. Oh, and since we're on that it's worth mentioning that the guide is designed so that ANY class can use it solo all the way from 1 to 80.

So is it worth the money?

Tips to Improve As a TF2 Scout

To improve your skills as a Scout one of the most important tips you'll ever receive is to learn how to use your speed to its fullest potential. This will give you a big advantage over the other players. In addition to your speed, it's recommended that you learn how to prefect the double-jump.

* It can help you reach areas that other players could never reach.
* It can also help you to travel faster by allowing you to take shortcuts found on the maps.
* You can also use it to sneak up behind the enemy.

It's a good idea to learn the maps so you can remember where the health packs are located since the Scout has low health and can be killed quickly. You will be in need of these health packs more often than you would like and you won't have time to run around trying to figure out where they're located.

It's for this reason that you need to be careful when attacking an enemy player. Attack when the enemy is preoccupied so they won't hit you with their full power.

Take advantage of the Medic and let him heal you whenever possible. For whatever reason, some players tend to avoid calling out to the Medic but that's what they're there for.

**Remember that since you move so fast, it can be difficult for the Medic to target you to heal you. If you're calling for medic, try to hold still for them to heal you more easily.

You're a team and they can heal you just like they do the heavies and other classes. Otherwise, you may find yourself being killed fairly quickly when hit by enemy fire. You want to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible so you can gather information and help lead your team to victory.

Anytime you encounter a Sentry you need to try and destroy it. This can be done if the Engineer is not taking care of it or if your team has a spy that has sapped the Sentry and rendered it useless for awhile. If it's protected by an Engineer then you will need to be very careful to avoid getting killed. Scouts can be very productive when working together with small groups along the front line. So get together with other members of your team and work to eliminate the enemy. This will benefit the whole team when you're not out getting useful information about the enemy.

To Play Roulette

The roulette is a game of chance of Italian origin (the Girella) introduced in France in the eighteenth century.

It consists of a disc divided into 37 (or 38, in American roulette) sectors numbered from 0 to 36, alternately colored red and black, while the zero (0), as the double zero (00) when present, is usually colored green or white (in very few cases). The disc is rotated into place by the manager of the dealer (the dealer) which subsequently launches a ball, originally in ivory, now in resin or Teflon: the ball is rotated in the opposite direction to that of roulette, and stop falling into one of the numbered areas, determining the winning number.

Language

The language commonly used by croupiers in the game of roulette is French, with which they are given a set of known sentences at each stage of the game:

* "Faites vos jeux, messieurs!" ( "Gentlemen, do your game!")

* "Les jeux sont faits, rien ne va plus" ( "The games are made, the bets are closed.")

* "Le numéro gagnant est ..." ( "The winning number is ...")

At the number drawn, the dealer is usually the number classified as rouge or noir (red or black), pair or impair (odd or even), and with passe or manque, or if the number is lower or higher than 18 .

There may be three types of table:

* French roulette, classic table with numbers from 0 to 36. It is the most widespread type, is different from the other two types because, in the case of removal of 0, bets on chance are imprisoned simply for being the hand if you quit a number corresponding to the bet chance earlier, the bet is returned in freedom and behave like a bet that can win or lose (rule dell'Eni prison). There is also an exemption conventionally used in most casinos in Europe: When the 0 comes bets on simple chance you can share with the example I pointed.Ad 20 pieces on red and leaves zero withdrawal from table 10 pieces, the bench forfeit the difference.

* Roulette English, as the French roulette, but without the rule prison. The carpet of the game is different for two reasons:

in the table there are three French dealer to play the game while in the English and American one, there are ads (near zero, Series 5 / 8 ) and the carpet is the cylinder with the three sectors of the ads ;

* American roulette, differs from the previous two for the presence of a box: the double zero (00), also green, as in roulette English, there is no rule prison and there are four types of ads and all play in full:

Betting and game systems

Combination on which you can bet several categories:

* Plain, individual numbers that, in case of victory, we win 35 times the money

* Cheval, horses, or pairs of numbers where, if you win, you win 17 times the money

* Transversal Pleine, quarterback where, in the event of victory, we win 11 times the money

* Carree, four in which, in case of victory, we win 8 times the money

* Simple Transversal, sestino where, if you win, you win 5 times the money

Game systems

* Douzaine, dozens (first, second or third) in which, in case of victory, we win 2 times the money

* Columns, columns (first, second or third column of the table) in which, in case of victory, we win 2 times the money

There are game systems encoded on the international level, the most common are: the neighborhood of zero, the series 5 / 8 and .

* The neighbors of zero is a set of 17 numbers located on the cylinder to the right and left of zero, and you can play with a total of 9 chips, the numbers in question are 0-2-3-4-7-12 -- 15-18-19-21-22-25-26-28-29-32-35.

* The series 5 / 8 is composed of 12 numbers played with 6 chips out of 6 horses, the numbers are 5-8-10-11-13-16-23-24-27-30-33-36, and are located on the cylinder, so diametrically opposed to "near zero".

* The Orfanelli, so called because its not part of any of the above two series are the 8 remaining numbers, namely 1-6-9-14-17-20-31-34 (1 and 17 full others on horseback), you can play with 5 coins and they are located, in part on the left side and partly on the right side of the cylinder, which is usually represented by "0" at the top.

Another famous and popular bet is the one called "pot". Like the Orfanelli, is performed by focusing 5 coins, which will cover 8 numbers near zero on 26 and 19 full and horses 0-3, 12-15, 32-35.

Statistics [edit]

Roulette, like all games of chance in which there is a bench warrant bench himself a mathematical advantage on the player, which in this case is of about 2.70%, which is after all very small compared to games such as Lotto or Totocalcio where it is as much as 60%.

If you play a single number, the odds of winning are calculated for 2.70% of the tables French and English, and 2.63% for the American table, failing to win the dealer pays 35 times the post game. The maximum percentage of winning is that you can have by focusing on simple chance, that is red or black, odd or even, or the numbers 1 to 18 or 19 to 36: you have a winning percentage of 48.6 % for tables French and English, and 47.3% for the American table, these bets, while not guaranteeing a winning percentage of 50%, are paid "at par", ie a chip bet if they win a 'other.

Flash Games, Use Your Imagination!

Hi everyone!

I want to talk about something, a part of the gaming world I feel a lot of people grant too little attention: free flash games. Of course, these games will never meet the graphical and in some aspects the gameplay level of full-production, retail and/or downloadable games. I say in some aspects because a lot of flash games have fun and addicting gameplay, and you can find several flash games out there with plenty of originality, and maybe even some with gameplay ideas that are brand new and unique.

I just claimed that the only two aspects flash games will never reach are graphics and gameplay, and by gameplay, I mean stuff like heavily phsycis driven gameplay like that of the now-old Half-Life 2, a game where you can do almost anything with the stuff around you that you could in real life. I don't think flash games will ever be able to do that, at least not in the next decade or so. Who knows what might come in the future? Anyway.

Voice acting might be another aspect that the flash games can't match the full-production games, though there are some games out there with fine voice acting - but they are a rare breed. One aspect where flash games can compare to the games that cost tons of money to develop and often have staffs of hundreds working on them, is story. Plot. Simple as that.

A lot of flash games have great, witty, creative plots, and I think this is because when a person goes about creating a flash game, they really reach into their mind and try to find ideas that could be fun to work with - they don't have to worry about things like, "What kind of games do people play nowadays?" "Is this story too sensitive?" "What is the best plot to develop a shooter game around?" - no, they just dig deep into their creative center and some of them end up with amazingly smart plots and stories that can be anything from scary, funny or just simply a breath of fresh air. I love how some people think out there. The stories, characthers, worlds that people create almost everyday. Think about it - if you count in movies, comics, books, games: how many new, fantastic worlds do you think are created every single day?

Well, I want to finish this post by asking you out there, the reader, to try and think about a few things. What is your favourite flash game? What is your favourite fantasy world? Favourite fantasy species, race, creature, character, hero, villain? What is your favourite fantasy theme - good ol' Orcs versus Humans, Humans in a Civil-War, two Alliances of Races duking it out, what?

Try and think about these things. Use your brilliant minds, be creative, try and think of new concepts, new themes, new ideas that could be used for plot lines and so forth. And have a great day, and please do continue to enjoy our great hobby - go forth and game!

Hope you enjoyed this short article on flash gaming and the creative minds behind them!

FIFA 2009

“Take your soccer team to success”

by: AlyCutes

Most soccer games are about playing an actual match against the computer or another human opponent. Other soccer games, however, focus on the business side of soccer, which, believe it or not, can be even more challenging.

FIFA Manager 09 is one of those business-style soccer games, and I'd dare say it's one of the most highly detailed I've seen. As in any other soccer management game, your aim is not really playing games, but rather successfully running a soccer team in every single aspect.

This means that you have many factors to take into account, from your team's physical condition to the achievement of objectives set by the board of directors. You must take care over your public image in the media and even your personal life – spouse and children included. You'll have to schedule training sessions, decide on player transfers, work on finding sponsors and find time to spend with your family.

Actual soccer matches in FIFA Manager 09 are limited to a 3D representation, which means you watch the game as if you were watching it on TV instead of controlling the players by yourself. This can be a bit frustrating if you're used to the traditional soccer games I mentioned before, though.

FIFA Manager 09 can feel overwhelming at the beginning due to the excess of information and the impressive amount of issues you need to be aware of. Luckily the game lets you take it gradually, and also helps with you with an extended documentation, on-screen notifications and other tips.

Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) 2009

“The popular console title is let down on PC by its controls”

by: AlyCutes

One of the traditions now associated with the coming of autumn is the release of two big football titles: FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer. As any fan of gaming will know, these two games go head to head each year, with PES usually coming out on top. The latest edition, PES 2009, will be a huge seller on the Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION®3 consoles but how does it perform on the PC, a format notoriously unsuited to sports games?

I'm not going to lie to you: the PES 2009 demo for PC isn't exactly revolutionary when it comes to the old problem of porting console titles to Windows. All the old problems are there but the horrendously clunky controls (caused by lack of analog sticks) are the biggest barrier to enjoying what would, on the correct platform, be an enjoyable and well-designed game.

Another weak point in the PES 2009 demo is the lack of any game options whatsoever. With no way of adjusting graphics, sound or controls, the demo has a very rigid feel to it. Sound controls in particular would be a welcome addition, if only they allowed you to turn off the awful music Konami has selected for the menu and intro pages, and the tinny, poorly rendered chants during the game.

After selecting Exhibition mode (the only option apart from Exit), you're offered a choice of four clubs (FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester United) or two licensed national sides (France and Italy) to pit against each other. There follows the usual tactical options screen, a brief summary of the (insanely crappy) controls, and you're straight into the action.

The first thing we noticed about Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is that the graphics have been improved somewhat since last year's edition - player models are smoother and more natural than previously, even if getting the players to go where you want is just as hard as ever. Other improvements include the general AI of computer opponents and the physics of the game, though we're only really talking about minor tweaks here.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is, in the end, a slight improvement on last year's slightly disappointing release. On the PS3 and Xbox, it looks likely to lose this year's contest as FIFA 09 has improved so much. On PC, and especially without a gamepad, its controls are so clunky and inaccurate that it's as much of a waste of time as Civilization is on a console.
